  • How am I able to access the PDF?

Once a program has been purchased you will be directed to a link that will have a downloadable version of the PDF which you can then save forever.

  • I FORGOT TO DOWNLOAD THE PROGRAM, NOW THE LINK HAS EXPIRED WHAT DO I DO?

Email your order number to JadeRameyFitness@gmail.com and we will get a new copy to you ASAP.


Program / workout question

  • IS A GYM MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED FOR ME TO BE ABLE TO USE THE PROGRAMS?

At the moment, yes. The current programs are all gym based - although a home workout program is in the mix! Stay tuned.

  • WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW HOW TO COMPLETE AN EXERCISE?

No worries! New exercises are incorporated weekly to promote muscle confusion - which in turn can get confusing. Visit the members tab on JadeRamey.com and simply search the exercise you are looking for. Every exercises has a demonstration video.

  • WHAT IF I'M NOT LOSING WEIGHT? WHAT MORE CAN I DO?

Before even starting your program I encourage you to take photos and/or measurements because the scale can be deceiving. Your progress can be measured in more ways than one.
